If you are unable to use our web submittal page for either of the following reasons, you may use the Alternate Submission Methods contained below. Failure to follow the method precisely will result in the rejection of your submission and your submission will not be read, opened or considered.
File Exceeds 2 MB
If you have your work in PDF, Microsoft Word or WordPerfect format, but the size of the file exceeds 2MB, you can submit it to us via e-mail. However, you will need to do two things first.
1. Create a .txt, .pdf, .doc or .wpd file that contains the following message:
(Your name here) is submitting a large file via email. The title of the work is (insert title here).
Save that file to your computer.
2. Go to the web submittal page and complete the document in full. Make sure the e-mail address you use on the web submittal page matches the e-mail that you will use to send the large file to us. When you get to the file upload portion of the page, upload the file you have just created so we have a record of your submission and acceptance of the terms and conditions.
After you have completed these two steps, please email your submission to:

DO NOT submit your email before you complete the first two steps. If you submit work prior to completing these two steps, your submission will be automatically deleted, and you will have to repeat the process.
No Compatible Format/No Electronic Version
If you do not have your work in a compatible format, or you only have hard copies, you may mail a hard copy directly to us at:

If you use this method, you must include this submittal form and Terms and Conditions Acceptance with your submittal. Failure to include these forms will result in your submission being destroyed without reading.
